Great martial arts school with an excellent head instructor. Joe knows what he's teaching and very good at showing students proper fighting skills and explaining how things are done and why they are done that way. The drills are pragmatic and provide a good workout. I feel great after the workouts. I highly recommend Condition One Combat Center to any and all who want to learn practical fighting skill for real world situations and get in better shape while doing so.

You won’t find a place that cares about the students more then this! The teaching is very practical and very passionate!

Being trained by Joe Morris is one of the most empowering and life-changing aspects that have shaped not only my fitness goals, but my outlook on life. Joe is an outstanding and encouraging instructor that is truly passionate in what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is so proficient in explaining- not only “what” to do, but “why” to make that move/strike/etc. I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to take his class. He is an incredible instructor.

Great place to learn self defense and fighting techniques you can use in the real world. Joe the head instructor is top notch when it comes to taking the time to work with students and always ready to help push you to the next level. Knowing how to defend yourself and your loved ones if needed and getting into great shape at the same time is a win/win for me.

Their team of skilled Crossfit coaches provide top-notch combat crossfit workouts tailored to your individual needs, all within a fun and encouraging environment. I’ve participated in over a dozen Crossfit classes at Conditon One, and each has left me feeling stronger and more able. I can’t recommend Combat Crossfit highly enough! This place is amazing! I leave every class feeling more confident in my own ability to protect myself if ever needed. The confidence has been great for my young daughter too who loves the striking classes. The coaches here take the time to get to know you and make you feel like family instead of just a student, they are all great teachers and great people.

What a great group of people and a wonderful place to train. Can't wait for the next session.

Joe and Tia have created such an amazing atmosphere to train and work out at, all while having fun at the same time! The coaches are very knowledgeable and help encourage each individual person. The facility is always clean and safe. This is such a wonderful community they are building where everyone is welcomed and treated as family!!!
