We teach and train a fight-centric form of mixed martial arts (MMA) to prepare our students for real-world combat situations. We add in weapons as needed. Our main goal is to teach self-confidence to learn how to protect yourself if a dangerous situation should ever occur.

Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on self-defense while in close-contact holds, submissions, and grappling moves. Work on your mental and physical discipline and hit every muscle group during these workouts.

STRIKING

The striking and sparring techniques build strength and perfect form for fighters in the ring or on the streets. Learn how to throw a punch combination to be effective. Striking is great endurance and cardio training.

Kids Classes

Our kids' program is split by ages (4-6 and 7-12) to focus on teaching children the fundamental concepts of our programs. They'll work on focus mits, Muay Thai pads as well as positioning and grappling.

Bag Classes

Bag classes help you feel the impact of connecting your hand with your target. This class incorporates a HIIT (High-Intensity Internal Training) style of workout into the class. Get your sweat on!

Our strength and condition program is a structured fitness regimen designed to improve overall physical appearance and performance.  The goal is to enhance an individual's strength, power, endurance, agility, and other key fitness components, tailored to their specific needs or athletic pursuits.

Condition 1 Combat Center

Our mission is to train people to be Condition 1 ready. In the military, to be "Condition 1" means a weapon is loaded with a magazine inserted, a round is in the chamber and the safety is on.

Condition 1 Combat Center is a multi-discipline martial arts training school that focuses on teaching Krav Maga with other martial arts training. All ages are welcome including children. We love to see multi-generations at our school. Our school is a locally-owned, family business started by Joe and Tia Morris. Joe is a 2nd Degree Krav Maga Black Belt Instructor. Joe is also a Marine Veteran who served during multiple combat missions from 2003 to 2006.
