This is absolutely the best place to train in MMA. The instructors truly know their stuff because they are actual MMA fighters. It is a real privilege to learn under them. They really care about their students and want us to succeed.
I learned about combat fitness here. I have quite a few hours of training under my belt and I can say this place is legit. The traffic during the times I liked was ridiculous so I moved on after about a year. But the school itself is amazing for practical self defense as well as combat sport training. The kids class looks amazing.

I have know Joe and Tia for many years. I have waited for so long for them to open thier own place and get some real quality training. They have gathered together some of the best coaches that not only trian there but pick up other training to bring to the mat. Everyone that trains people here are awesome coaches. All of the students are some of the most kind and honest group I have had the privilege of knowing for years. They are great training partners and are there to help you learn and not there to hurt you. If you are looking to learn to defend yourself or just looking to be in better shape these people have you covered. I would like to thank Joe Morris and Tia Morris as they spent the cash to train us. Also arik Ashley and zion for being awesome trainers as well. And Matt Smith for twisting me up like a pretzel to make me better at grappling. They are all amazing people and if you have the chance stop by and try the free class they offer. The only thing you have to lose is the hour or two of training. It's fun and worth every second of time you will spend here. Highly recommended.

Can't imagine learning self defense or combative martial arts in a better setting. Very family oriented gym with options for everyone, young and "older" like myself. Exceeded every expectation and hope I had for the experience and money spent.
This place is awesome! My father in law was the first to go, then my husband, now my 6 year old son. I am so thankful for everyone we have met here thus far! So far my son has only gone for a couple of weeks and can already show us how he can escape his father’s grip (dad is 6’5 over 200lbs). Do you know the amount of weight that lifts off of a mama’s heart to know he may be able to escape a threat? With the world being the way that it is, we need our kids (adults too) to know the valuable information being taught here. It’s no exaggeration when I say they are doing the Lord’s work at this gym. Not only does he learn physical techniques, but also life lessons and mental strength. I am so encouraged to bring my son here to be surrounded by so many strong and good examples of both men and women who really care about people.

I went during the week on a day when there were not many people so can’t speak for the atmosphere too much but the happy hour experience was great! Sao served us and was super attentive. Would go back for more drinks with friends 🙂

I can’t recommend this place enough. The instructors are very generous with their time/knowledge and the entire group is welcoming. It’s definitely a family atmosphere. There is something for everyone here, regardless of skill set or experience level. This is “Iron Sharpening Iron” at its finest. 🤙🏻
