I trained with Joe and Tia for many years in the past and was beyond excited to hear that they were going to open up their own school. I signed my son up the second I heard about their kids program and that they were taking on new members. Within the first 5 minutes of taking him to his first class I was all in and decided to sign up everyone in my family. Would definitely recommend anyone with a family to do the same. Both owners have picked up a step or two since I've trained with them last and it shows in their love and passion for this school. The instructors that they have brought on are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and make it a great environment to learn in. The instructors coming up that I have worked with are just as much in the same category, and all are doing a great job with newbies and old pros coming back. So if you (or anyone) are looking for a new challenge, self defense, multi-discipline martial arts, or a great work out...this is the place to be.
Coach Joe and Tia are great! My son (10) takes the Jr. Class, and has gained so much. He is not only more active but more helpful around the house and engaged with our family. Coach Joe really takes the time to get to know his students and supports them in his gym and in life.
