I learned about combat fitness here. I have quite a few hours of training under my belt and I can say this place is legit. The traffic during the times I liked was ridiculous so I moved on after about a year. But the school itself is amazing for practical self defense as well as combat sport training. The kids class looks amazing.

This is a great facility that teaches and helps people gain peace of mind and confidence. Joe does a fantastic job leading this gym and I am excited to see where it goes from here! I would recommend this gym to everyone!

Best decision I could have made. The coaches here are amazing and so is the environment . When you’re a beginner, you never know how you are gonna fit in but the owners Joe and Tia and all the coaches welcomed me with open arms. This place is awesome! My father in law was the first to go, then my husband, now my 6 year old son. I am so thankful for everyone we have met here thus far! So far my son has only gone for a couple of weeks and can already show us how he can escape his father’s grip (dad is 6’5 over 200lbs). Do you know the amount of weight that lifts off of a mama’s heart to know he may be able to escape a threat? With the world being the way that it is, we need our kids (adults too) to know the valuable information being taught here. It’s no exaggeration when I say they are doing the Lord’s work at this gym. Not only does he learn physical techniques, but also life lessons and mental strength. I am so encouraged to bring my son here to be surrounded by so many strong and good examples of both men and women who really care about people.

This place has it all! The instructors are very knowledgeable and really care about the progress of their students. The classes are very easy to understand and work through. Various ways to get in shape and keep yourself and family safe. Fun and energetic environment! Military business, great for beginners and expert trainers. Can’t say enough great things about Joe, Tia, and this training facility!

Can't imagine learning self defense or combative martial arts in a better setting. Very family oriented gym with options for everyone, young and "older" like myself. Exceeded every expectation and hope I had for the experience and money spent.

This gym is amazing! I have to say, the gym’s owners, Joe & Tia Morris, are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people I have ever met. Not only are you getting top notch instruction from phenomenal coaches, but it’s a welcoming environment. There’s no competitive, we’re going to try to break you, and you better look the part or leave atmosphere. Instead it’s all about learning to survive thru comprehensive, life saving techniques. I highly recommend Condition 1 Combat and ALL that it offers!
