Daily was an AMAZING server!! She was super attentive, kind, and just overall amazing!! We have been here a few times and the staff has gone above and beyond every time. The happy hour is totally worth it, I’ll always recommend this spot!

My daughter (6) and my son (14) both love coming here. Everyone is very friendly and makes the kids feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place.

I think the team at Condition 1 Combat is a valuable tool for out current society. Every instructor is motivated and in-tune with the class. The only thing that I would change is the start times for the kids due to bus schedules; later would be better. Thank you Mrs. Tia and Joe too. It was a great experience for myself and my girls. I'll see yall around town. The Pickering's.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have a lot of fun while being corrected and taught the two disciplines i'm learning. Overall an amazing time and experience, your confidence will grow in yourself as well as your mental fortitude as someone who's ready for any situation.

Great martial arts school with an excellent head instructor. Joe knows what he's teaching and very good at showing students proper fighting skills and explaining how things are done and why they are done that way. The drills are pragmatic and provide a good workout. I feel great after the workouts. I highly recommend Condition One Combat Center to any and all who want to learn practical fighting skill for real world situations and get in better shape while doing so.

I trained with Joe and Tia for many years in the past and was beyond excited to hear that they were going to open up their own school. I signed my son up the second I heard about their kids program and that they were taking on new members. Within the first 5 minutes of taking him to his first class I was all in and decided to sign up everyone in my family. Would definitely recommend anyone with a family to do the same. Both owners have picked up a step or two since I've trained with them last and it shows in their love and passion for this school. The instructors that they have brought on are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and make it a great environment to learn in. The instructors coming up that I have worked with are just as much in the same category, and all are doing a great job with newbies and old pros coming back. So if you (or anyone) are looking for a new challenge, self defense, multi-discipline martial arts, or a great work out...this is the place to be.
