Condition 1 Combat Center is a practical system that can be used in everyday life. Head instructor/founder Joe Morris always makes sure you leave a session prepared, fatigued and wanting for more. I'm 3 days in and can't wait for the next class. If you are looking for a training facility that will get you prepared for everyday combat situations on the streets then this is your place. I learned about combat fitness here. I have quite a few hours of training under my belt and I can say this place is legit. The traffic during the times I liked was ridiculous so I moved on after about a year. But the school itself is amazing for practical self defense as well as combat sport training. The kids class looks amazing.

Update since trying their new Crossfit program. If you’re searching for a new Crossfit experience, look no further than Condition One Combat Crossfit. Their team of skilled Crossfit coaches provide top-notch combat crossfit workouts tailored to your individual needs, all within a fun and encouraging environment. I’ve participated in over a dozen Crossfit classes at Conditon One, and each has left me feeling stronger and more able. I can’t recommend Combat Crossfit highly enough! This place is amazing! I leave every class feeling more confident in my own ability to protect myself if ever needed. The confidence has been great for my young daughter too who loves the striking classes. The coaches here take the time to get to know you and make you feel like family instead of just a student, they are all great teachers and great people.

I always have great time when l go to Boho house. The ambience is amazing. Love the decoration. They always have different DJ with great vibes. Definitely try if you want casual time

Condition 1 is the gym we have been looking for! Joe, the owner, is an all around solid and amazing person, and this carries through the operations of the gym. The coaches for the kids program are so attentive and patient yet hold a line of expectation that helps growth. The confidence gained here is so valuable. My son has been going here since April and has been able to stand up for himself at school and even dismantled a brawl at school last week through a series of holds and force on the instigators. He knew to stay defensive and protect himself through containment as well as when offense should be enacted. Priceless lessons learned throughout our time here and the positive interactions with everyone here are consistent. I am so happy to have a gym and people like those who come here so close!

This is by far the best place I have ever trained!!! It's a very friendly atmosphere, the coaches are absolutely top notched, and I'm amazed at how clean and organized it is. I would highly recommend this school!

I trained with Joe and Tia for many years in the past and was beyond excited to hear that they were going to open up their own school. I signed my son up the second I heard about their kids program and that they were taking on new members. Within the first 5 minutes of taking him to his first class I was all in and decided to sign up everyone in my family. Would definitely recommend anyone with a family to do the same. Both owners have picked up a step or two since I've trained with them last and it shows in their love and passion for this school. The instructors that they have brought on are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and make it a great environment to learn in. The instructors coming up that I have worked with are just as much in the same category, and all are doing a great job with newbies and old pros coming back. So if you (or anyone) are looking for a new challenge, self defense, multi-discipline martial arts, or a great work out...this is the place to be.

This place is awesome! My father in law was the first to go, then my husband, now my 6 year old son. I am so thankful for everyone we have met here thus far! So far my son has only gone for a couple of weeks and can already show us how he can escape his father’s grip (dad is 6’5 over 200lbs). Do you know the amount of weight that lifts off of a mama’s heart to know he may be able to escape a threat? With the world being the way that it is, we need our kids (adults too) to know the valuable information being taught here. It’s no exaggeration when I say they are doing the Lord’s work at this gym. Not only does he learn physical techniques, but also life lessons and mental strength. I am so encouraged to bring my son here to be surrounded by so many strong and good examples of both men and women who really care about people.

Wonderful! Mr Moris (owner) is very nice and energetic. The kid's classes are super fun! Everyone there is super nice and they are very good at teaching! Some guy who hasn't come to the place has put a one star review for no reason at all. Just wanted to clear that up. Great job Mr Morris

Our family just started coming here and we all already love it! Instructors, the owners, everyone is absolutely amazing! My kids get upset when they can’t come due to after school activities that shows how much they love it!

Boho is one of my go-to spots in downtown Miami. The vibe is always great, the drinks are consistently on point, and the atmosphere is perfect for a night out. I’m a regular here, and every time Emmanuel is my server, the experience is top-notch. He’s friendly, attentive, and really goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!
