I trained with Joe and Tia for many years in the past and was beyond excited to hear that they were going to open up their own school. I signed my son up the second I heard about their kids program and that they were taking on new members. Within the first 5 minutes of taking him to his first class I was all in and decided to sign up everyone in my family. Would definitely recommend anyone with a family to do the same. Both owners have picked up a step or two since I've trained with them last and it shows in their love and passion for this school. The instructors that they have brought on are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and make it a great environment to learn in. The instructors coming up that I have worked with are just as much in the same category, and all are doing a great job with newbies and old pros coming back. This gym is amazing! I have to say, the gym’s owners, Joe & Tia Morris, are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people I have ever met. Not only are you getting top notch instruction from phenomenal coaches, but it’s a welcoming environment. There’s no competitive, we’re going to try to break you, and you better look the part or leave atmosphere. Instead it’s all about learning to survive thru comprehensive, life saving techniques. I highly recommend Condition 1 Combat and ALL that it offers!

I attended this gym for a few months, earlier this year, and they got some legit training and Joe (gym owner) and Matt (lead instructor) are such high-speed low-drag types. Joe is a practitioner and, as the owner, he goes out of his way to make the student and customer a priority. Consummate professional comes to mind.
